Refund Policy

At Destyl, we strive to deliver the highest quality online software experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or subscription.

1. Digital Service Purchases – No Refund Policy

All our subscriptions and services are digital products and are non-refundable. Once a subscription has been purchased or renewed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless explicitly mentioned.

To help you make an informed decision:

  • We offer a Free Tier or demo access for you to preview the platform features.
  • You can explore our documentation and demo videos to assess the tool's capabilities before purchasing.

2. Service Cancellation by Destyl

In the rare event that a service is permanently discontinued by Destyl and we are unable to deliver the promised service for the remainder of your billing cycle, a 100% pro-rata refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. No Refunds on Sale or Discounted Plans

Subscriptions purchased at a discounted price, during special sales, or via promotional codes are not eligible for refunds under any condition.

4. No Exchanges

Each subscription plan is a self-contained digital property. Therefore, we do not allow exchanges between different plans or "downgrade refunds" after a purchase is made for a specific billing cycle.

5. Gifting Subscriptions

Currently, we do not support gifting of subscriptions. All purchases are intended for the individual or organization account created during sign-up.

6. No Physical Shipping

All our offerings are delivered digitally through our website/dashboard. We do not ship physical copies, hardware, or storage media (like CDs/DVDs).
